In dieser Studie wurden drei Fragen untersucht: 1. Was sind die Ziele der Anf\u00fchrer des ISIL? 2. Welches sind die Ziele der Anh\u00e4nger des ISIL? 3. Wie h\u00e4ngen die beiden Zielgruppen zusammen? Zur Beantwortung dieser Fragen analysierten wir die Transkripte von Interviews und Pr\u00e4sentationen von 59 Fachexperten (KMU) und f\u00fchrten eine separate Analyse von Reden von ISIL-F\u00fchrern und ausgew\u00e4hlten Internetquellen durch. In beiden F\u00e4llen haben wir die strategischen und grundlegenden Ziele sowie die Mittel des ISIL und seiner Anh\u00e4nger identifiziert und strukturiert. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die Anf\u00fchrer des ISIL vier strategische Ziele verfolgen: Errichtung eines Kalifats im Irak und in der Levante, Kontrolle und Herrschaft \u00fcber das Kalifat, weltweite Ausbreitung des Islams und der Scharia sowie Wiederherstellung von Macht und Ruhm des (sunnitischen) Islams. Die Ziele der Anh\u00e4nger lassen sich in drei strategische Ziele unterteilen: Erf\u00fcllung der humanit\u00e4ren Ziele, Erf\u00fcllung der religi\u00f6sen Ziele und Erf\u00fcllung der pers\u00f6nlichen Ziele. Die in den KMU-Interviews ermittelten Ziele \u00e4hnelten denen, die sich aus den Aussagen der ISIL-F\u00fchrer und dem Internet ergaben. Die Internetrecherche ergab jedoch viel mehr pers\u00f6nliche Ziele von ISIL-Anh\u00e4ngern. Die Ergebnisse deuten darauf hin, dass die Ziele der ISIL-F\u00fchrung eng mit denen ihrer Anh\u00e4nger \u00fcbereinstimmen. Es gibt auch einen scharfen Kontrast zwischen den Zielen von ISIL und denen von Al-Qaida, insbesondere die Betonung von ISIL auf Besetzung und Kontrolle.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
