I help companies, organizations, public institutions, and government agencies make better decisions in complex situations. My work includes structuring decision problems, developing transparent decision-support models, supporting policymakers and executives, and designing evidence-based interventions to improve decision processes and behavior.
My consulting is grounded in decision science and behavioral economics. Clients benefit from methods and interventions that have been systematically developed, tested, and refined through research, while remaining applicable to real-world organizational and policy challenges.
Three of my applied research projects were selected as finalists for the Decision Analysis Society Practice Award of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS). I have also received the Inspirational Achievement Award from the Society of Decision Professionals in recognition of my contributions to decision analysis.
